Marietta Process Server

Cobb County Georgia State Court requires all process servers to be court appointed .  Annual background check  reviewed yearly for eligibility from the Cobb County Superior Court. Completion the 12 Hour Initial orientation training. Upon completion a judge court order is granted to service all from the Cobb County Georgia State Court.
