Marietta Process Server

Cobb County Georgia Superior Court requires all process servers to be court appointed.  Annual background check  reviewed yearly for eligibility. Completion the 12 Hour initial orientation training. Upon completion a judge court order is granted to service all Cobb County Superior Court documents.
